What is the best way to contact you?
- The best way to contact us is to email us at email@example.com. We will assist you as soon as possible, please allow for up to 24 hours for a response.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
- You cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. Changes include sizing, shipping address and payment.
How will I know my order has been placed?
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided at checkout. Please be sure to provide a working email address for this reason!
Do you have a storefront?
- We do not have a store front; we are an online based boutique. Follow our social media pages for new arrivals, updates and details on any events we may be hosting.
Do you have gift cards available for sale?
- We do have gift cards available! The gift card tab is located at the bottom of our website. Once you purchase a gift card from us, an e-gift card will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
Do you have a size chart?
- The size of each item we carry differs according to the brand. Because of this, we try to provide guidance on sizing in the description of each item.

What happens if the item I received is damaged?
- If you receive a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt. Please include photos of the damage, and we will assist you to make it right.
